Solid 925 sterling silver cherry blossom compass wax seal pendant.
Inspired by the antique art of wax sealing, these pendants are handcrafted in sterling silver (925) to create a nostalgic talisman.
A symbol of Spring, new beginnings, and renewal, the Cherry Blossom evokes feelings of poetic sentimentality and a lightness of being. This sakura talisman encourages the wearer to savour the present and live fully in the moment. It is a tangible reminder of the importance of beauty and the ephemeral nature of life
Their designs are influenced by their backgrounds (Roboan is from Mexico and Tara is from rural Canada), and from their travels and nomadic lifestyle. They spent several years living in different countries including Spain, South Korea, Scotland, Mexico, Canada, and have traveled and spent significant time in several others. The techniques and designs used in their creations reflect this.
They do hand engraving, Mokume Gane (Japanese Technique), Lost Wax Carving and Casting, and are always experimenting with new styles and techniques.
