With a lifelong connection to wood, Tom Hedekar brings a Scandinavian influence to his handcrafted pieces, inspired by his Danish cabinetmaker father. Based in Nanaimo, BC, he has been turning wood for 60 years while sourcing materials from sustainable sources. As a Registered Professional Forester and educator, he celebrates the natural beauty of each piece.
