Erin Christensen is an art jeweller and silversmith based in Victoria, BC, and holds a BFA from NSCAD majoring in Jewellery Design and Metalsmithing. She was awarded a finalist position for the Niche Awards in the Student Teapot category and she has appeared in several publications. Erin’s work is inspired by the flora and vitality of the west coast and eco-centric values. In her work, no two pieces are identical; Erin works in chasing and repoussé, a traditional metal-smithing technique that causes each piece to change and evolve in fluid and organic ways.
