The ancient Celts were firm believers in the power of symbols. They used them for protection and guidance, and as a tangible way to remember the interconnectedness of life and spirit. Their designs are influenced by their backgrounds (Roboan is from Mexico and Tara is from rural Canada), and from their travels and nomadic lifestyle. They spent several years living in different countries including Spain, South Korea, Scotland, Mexico, Canada, and have traveled and spent significant time in several others. The techniques and designs used in their creations reflect this.
They do hand engraving, Mokume Gane (Japanese Technique), Lost Wax Carving and Casting, and are always experimenting with new styles and techniques.
