Minji is a jewellery artist whose practice centres on nature as both subject and process. She studies metalwork and jewellery in Seoul and is currently participating in an exchange program in Canada.
Minji's work draws from close observation of natural elements such as surface growth, erosion, and organic structure. Rather than replicating nature directly, she translates its textures and formations into wearable forms. Working primarily in metal, she employs fabrication and surface techniques to emphasize tactility and subtle variation.
Minji approaches jewellery as an intimate object that exists in close relationship with the body. Through restrained forms and material-focused processes, she creates pieces that reflect stillness and growth.
