4.5 x 1.5 x 0.1 cm
20 gauge sterling silver
Ronan designed and created template images using Icelandic stave depictions for inspiration. The sterling-silver pieces are then hand-pierced using a jeweller's saw and then finished with hand filing and polishing techniques.
Ronan is self taught, taking weekend courses and referencing such learning sources as on-line workshops and private instruction. Ronan's silversmith art focuses on meditative symbols inspired from Sámi drums, Viking rune stones, and metaphysical healing arts such as Reiki, Qigong, and Taoism. Using a variety of silversmith techniques, he is dedicated to creating thoughtful, handcrafted sterling-silver jewellery using top quality components, chains, and stones. Ronan creates each unique piece as a wearable reminder of your spiritual journey, your highest intentions, and your personal aspirations.
