These earrings are part of Hannah Fraser's forthcoming Tea Party collection, inspired by her memories of the tea parties she would arrange for herself, her stuffed animals, and, on occasion, her family members as a child. Wanting to capture this sweet and innocent tone in her piece, as well as challenge herself by exploring pierced work, Hannah chose paper doilies as the guiding inspiration for these earrings. The earrings are fabricated from sterling silver and adorned with amethyst beads to add an extra child-like wonder. This pair of earrings is a piece that reflects her childhood, current and ongoing love of tea, and where she imagines herself in her career as a jeweller.
