per earring: 24 white fresh water pearls in varying sizes, 24 sterling-silver headpins, 1 sterling silver jump ring, 1 5cm sterling-silver chain, 20g sterling-silver wire for hoops

The chain is attached to a jump ring which is then soldered. Starting at the bottom of the chain pearls are wired on by way of a head pin moving from the smallest to largest pearls and increasing from 1 to 3 pearls per link in the chain as one moves up towards the jump ring. The earring hoop is hammered and attached to the soldered jump ring.

Born in London, England, Sheenah Main is an "army brat" who spent her childhood moving across Canada and her adulthood exploring the world. After acquiring a master's degree in English literature, she started working in the field of arts administration and later transitioned to film and television production. Sixteen years ago, she and her husband moved to British Columbia's Sunshine Coast.

Sheenah has always loved jewellery but it wasn't until moving to the Sunshine Coast that she began to design and create her own. She and her husband live and create on an off-grid property, surrounded by ocean and forest. She credits her now slower, simpler life predicated upon basic essentials as influencing her work as much as the environment that surrounds her. "Forest Bathing" is an everyday occurrence, and the colours of the forest and the ever changing movement of the ocean invariably influence her designs. 

Since establishing Sticks + Stones Creations three years ago, she has augmented her market and store sales with commissions which have emanated from her website and presence at craft markets.
