acrylic, stainless steel posts and jump rings
The Blossom Rhapsody earrings begin with hand-drawn sketches inspired by the rhythm and layering of petals in bloom. Each curve and silhouette is thoughtfully developed on paper before being translated into a digital design using CAD software. Through digital refinement, proportions, balance, and movement are carefully adjusted to ensure both visual harmony and wearability.
Once finalized, each component is precision-cut using laser technology from vibrant acrylic sheets, allowing for clean edges and consistent form. The earrings are then meticulously hand-assembled, layering each petal element to create dimension, movement, and light interplay. Stainless steel findings are added to ensure durability and comfort. From initial sketch to digital design, precision cutting, and hand assembly, Blossom Rhapsody is a fusion of traditional artistry and modern technology celebrating craftsmanship, colour, and bold self-expression.
Sylvia Dief-Atallah is the founder and designer behind Ketoora, a Canadian jewellery brand celebrated for bold, architectural statement pieces. A self-taught artist, jewellery design is her second career. Sylvia previously built her entrepreneurial foundation in the food industry, where she developed a strong business acumen and creative discipline.
Inspired by art, culture, travel, and geometry, her work blends sculptural form with vibrant colour and lightweight wearability. Each design begins as a hand sketch and is refined through digital technology before being precision laser-cut and carefully assembled by hand in her studio. Her work is carried in galleries and museums across Canada and featured in juried shows nationwide.
