His latest set of earrings Waves Creation, is a result of his recent time at the torch. Inspired by the power and turbulence of the ocean’s tides, He captures their essence in his work.
Adam chooses an oceanic profile of blue, green, and clear glass. He exhibits a delicacy of touch as he manipulates the glass rods. He spins and gathers small spheres of borosilicate glass at a stationary flame of 3000 degrees. He then melts them individually into their final composition.
With Waves Creation, the fusing of the top 3 spheres creates an innovative bail that blends into the main body of the piece A handmade hook of gold-filled wire completes the theme.
