These 'keepers' help keep garlic fresh by preserving the flavor intensity of the individual cloves. A garlic keeper has a lid to prevent direct light, as well as holes to allow airflow and prevent mold growth.

Sandra Ramos was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Canada when she was five years old. She lived in Montreal and Toronto most of her life and always ad an artistic flare since childhood. After university, she worked and travelled extensively in Japan and to other parts of Asia studying the traditional designs. Sandra has studied with Sam Kwan at Capilano College and with Mas Funo in North Vancouver. Sandra has been working with clay since 1998. She has participated and organized many ceramics workshops in British Columbia.
