While the inside of this bowl, is fine-buffed to a shiny finish, the outside has been left in its natural state so you can feel and appreciate the natural grain of the wood. A unique piece for this artist that you will appreciate as part of your collection.
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse, wipe off and let air dry. Keep out of direct sunlight. Occasionally recondition with walnut or mineral oil.
Allan Cusworth (Langley, BC) first experienced woodturning during high school in Cobourg, Ontario. After moving to British Columbia in the early 1990’s he took a serious interest in the craft. He belongs to two local Woodturning Guilds as well as the American Association of Woodturning. Recognized for his platters, bowls, unique hollow vessels and wedding goblets, he fine buffs his pieces for a shiny finish. Allan takes great consideration making each piece unique by embellishing wood grain patterns and natural wood coloration.
